Outlet Time

Brittany diving into the fudge from Buc-ee's...
Up early...dressed and allergy meds taken...Carolina, her sister Diana, and Lana arrived early and we were off...down the road and first stop was Buc-ee's...kolaches and drinks, even shared a breakfast taco with Lana...then we were off on the short-cut roads to San Marcos...major outlet center...arrived about 9:30, and they opened up early at 9...not crowded--YET! Couple of things bought here and there--Pottery Barn (about $6 on some clearance Christmas), Ann Taylor Factory (cute tops and cropped white denim pants--$6), Aerospotle (stuff for Brittany), The Disney Store Outlet (clearance Christmas), Bath and Body Works ($2.50 foaming hand soaps), and Charlotte Rouse Outlet...Carolina wasn't feeling too great, and she was missing her baby...we were really ready to go--4:30ish, stop at Wienerstitsel for chili dogs to go...stop at McDonald's for vanilla cones (2 for $1.00 even!)...then we were out of San Marcos...another stop at Buc-ee's--another big drink to go for the road...Lana got the 6 pack of fudge...yum! Carolina took some kolaches home for Bob...there was lots of sleeping in the car...not from ME! :) Nick had been cleaning some; so, that was very nice of him...Oh, I had fun playing with my new phone--being able to check internet and all...We played a little Scrabble Slam, and my new dose of allergy medicine knocked me out...off to bed!
