Austin helping Mom/Grandma blow out the candles on her birthday cake...a 6 and 6 candles makes a 2-digit number, not 12!Went to church, with all the "look at your hair" comments...Mom's birthday today--Austin had said she was 45, and she went with that! That would have made her 9 when she had me...doubtful...Anyhow, Bob and Carolina came by...brought me my camera that I left over there on Thanksgiving...They played some Wii...Mom came by, after she had gone to lunch with Tommie and her kids...We went to Carino's--yum, Wedge Salad and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo...I made a double-layer funfetti cake--it was good too! Got more decorations up, but I still need to do the garland and lights around the stairs and rails--might wait until closer to my Bunco...it just gets soooo messy! Nick started getting the outdoor stuff set-up with that music thing...he needs lots more lights and extension cords...be scared, very scared! Well, it's been a busy 4 days, and we'll be doing some normal school stuff and some Cub Scout stuff, and then Friday--Duran Duran!!!!!

we're not done with our decorations yet either. it's an "ongoing" process. this morning we walked outside to find the lights wrapped around one of the trees had been "redone" by the squirrels. yay.
