A frog found outside the class...Yucky weather day...and wouldn't ya know we had planned on doing activities with solar energy--cooking hot dogs in solar oven, testing sunscreen, sunprints, evaporation... Ugh...well, it worked out...the afternoon class got to do it...then the rain came back! Kids had gymnastics again...I had cooked my pork roast in the oven overnight--Nick fixed it up to being some yummy pulled pork...thanks to my mother-in-law for the great recipe...lots of brown sugar, lots of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, little salt and pepper...I'm trying to get some cleaning caught up...by Sunday it should be a lot better!
