Here We Go--Everywhere!

Today was busy...We had church, and to start off Lent we had a cross of ashes placed on our foreheads. After Sam's and a quick break at home, I headed out with Austin to the Forbidden Gardens here in Katy for his den's Go-See-It. This months theme is Chinese New Year, and it is neat to live so close to the only museum with all these Chinese replicas of their history. The boys had fun and seemed to be really interested in the tour and what they were learning. I got a lot of pics, but I really liked this one of Austin looking in the Forbidden City. He then had a little break before his Awana. He came home with his first red jewel for his vest. He is really enjoying going and learning so much about Jesus and the Bible and all that God has done for us. He also has fun with his friend there. Anyhow, Nick was also busy finding out that he can't fix our dishwasher and will have to buy a new one, cleaning inside and outside of my vehicle, and going to the gym, returning super sweaty.
