Disney Part One

I do not have the time to go into all the details--if I had internet everyday, I could, but here is a quick run-down... Saturday August 30th--we drove from our hotel in Crestview, FL to Orlando...met our friends Michele, Bobby, and their 3 boys at a famous McDonald's here. It was a lot more crowded than when I came last year, but the Bistro food was still nice. Coming in was kinda rainy. We went together to one of the DisneyWorld outlets. Then, we checked into Pop Century at Disney. Sunday August 31st--Animal Kingdom, got there at opening. Our friends met us there after we had rode some things. Today was Austin's day to be all grumpy! We went to Animal Kingdom Lodge to eat dinner--Boma is an awesome African buffet! We saw some great animals that wander around there. It is a nice resort, that's for sure. Monday September 1st--Epcot, came late morning, and traveled around the world. We had dinner in Germany--Biergarten--great German buffet. Nick wasn't sure if he'd like it, but he did! There was more than sausage...and a great show. We rode Test Track a couple of times before leaving. Yesterday, September 2nd--Nick's Birthday--Magic Kingdom! Got there for opening and rode a few things before our breakfast buffet at Crystal Palace, with Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eyore, and Piglet. They have the best breakfast buffet! We had a long, wonderful day. Austin took a nap at one point...he needed it! We stayed to watch out favorite parade--Spectomagic and then the fireworks. The best thing was getting out of there, straight to monorail, straight on to a tram and to our car as fast as we did...fireworks were at 10, and we were in our car leaving at 10:30! That's awesome, and so why we drive instead of buses! Well, today we are going around noon and staying until closing at Hollywood Studios (formally MGM Studios)...excited for the new High School Musical show and the Toy Story Mania ride. We will be eating dinner there and watching Fantasmic. Right now I'm off to the 2nd Disney World outlet store. Hope to have another update soon!
